Food for thought

A few weeks ago, i posted this as my facebook status. Thought i should share it here as well.

Everyone has bad days. There are days you just wanna bury your face in a pillow. There are days where you tend to express your distress. Everyone goes through bad phases. Some have it bad, while some may have it worse.

I honestly dont get how you're told to come out of whatever you're feeling down about, as some may have it worse. So i'm not entitled to feel how i feel just because someone else might have it worse? I agree there are people out there having worse days. But there will always be things going on, does that mean Im never allowed to express how i feel? Thats really the last thing anyone who is feeling down want to hear.

The next time you come across anyone who is having a bad day, just say things like 'you will be okay', or 'its just a passing cloud'. Make them smile. Give opinions that will actually help. And if not, you should just stay out of it   #foodforthought

 As small and as simple as it seems, these are things that we should not overlook. Be nice, say nicer things, and never ever do stuff you wouldn't want people to do to you. We can all start by not looking down on another persons problems and worries. You never know how it feels till it happens to you ;)
